CATS: de-icer is lethal to cats. If you must use it please do so sparingly and try not to get it on the ground and risk them walking in it then licking their paws.

DOGS: a number of dogs here have had seizures and it’s been suggested by vets it’s rock salt poisoning. Wash their feet!
