Could not agree more. There can’t be any hesitation from them, they need to go get the players the manager wants. Hearts buoyed after a late winner. We need that lift from a signing or two.

Afraid we don't have the luxury of just showing multiple guys the door when the squad is stretched and you're not going to bring in more than 3 or 4 in January, and they might not even be permanent. Players already there need to grow a pair.

I’d get rid of Rubezic, cost us far too many goals recently and too prone to doing something rash. Need at least 2 Central Defenders this window and 2 strikers.

MacDonald, Mackenzie, Duk and McGrath should go. After his latest disintegration I’d be getting Rubi out on loan for a while. Ambrose should be loaned out too. And send Nisbet back, his wages must be steep and we’re getting very little return on the money.

Looks like a much longer term project at the moment. Progress hopefully in this window, but might have to accept this could be a long haul
