I have no positive thoughts on the ancient or slightly less ancient gods that we made to understand our world . Humanism is, to me, an eminently sensible, rational approach. By all means believe in a mythical god or goddess in the sky, in the meantime, I'll stick to science - awe-inspiring itself!
