Seasonal, then summer, then seasonal really got me last night and this morning. My solution is mostly to wait it out, combined with aspirin and espressos. Ymmv, what coffee does to me sees to be unusual compared to most others

I started a really good coffee routine and no one believes that throwing a cup back with my night meds really helps me sleep better! I have a morning and afternoon routine, too. It’s basically a mid sized problem.
