Does anyone know how this applies to people who managed to get out birth certificates changed? Like when I renew my passport, will it need to reflect me new birth certificate or my original one?

My legal name and gender marker change and new ID isn’t set to cross a judge’s desk until early March and i filed in November so if this affects me idk what I could have really done differently
I am so sorry. I don’t know what the future holds for us, but no matter what choices governments make about their acceptance of our identity, we exist. Every breath we take is an act of resistance. Wishing you all the best.
I looked into this and since I won’t actually get issued new ID until I file for it using the court order, then no I won’t be able to change my gender marker lmao
This doesn't directly answer your q, which I don't think is knowable at this point. But, FYI, I've done two passport renewals and I wasn't required to submit my birth certificate, or any ID documents. It was only the first time passport application where I had to send them my birth certificate.
