- In the 1970s we already knew what was happening and why.
- Climate scientists have been under siege ever since (remember the "hiatus"?).
- We are now in a world where most people know the truth but no longer care.
Can you point me to numeric values of data on this chart? (And hopefully weights of the 10 regions)
If you need help to find the right data set(s), you can get help here: https://cds.climate.copernicus.eu/help and our support team will be happy to assist.
First year above 1.5C, but as @katharinehayhoe.com says "the world has not breached the 1.5C global warming target ... It’s a climate target - which means it’s an average that must be sustained over at least a decade."

We discuss that in detail in the report. Here https://bit.ly/40kQpcz and below the paragraph
Do you think, that 1,5 is reachable by any means? It's becoming ridiculous at this point. Even if it takes some years to confirm the definition, the race is already long lost.
But I accept, that we are expected to pretend, that it's not....
Anyways, 1,5 is just a number somewhere on a paper. What really counts are things like AMOC-stibility - which we ar eloosing as well. And this comes with real consequences...
2 degrees are gone as well. Even with all promises of all governments, we are at 3 degrees - that was befor trump and nobody will do as promised.
And the IPCC is optimistic.
2025 is likely to be one of the cooler years of the rest of the century.
Civilization will be burned to ashes.
