Nope, true for lions. All cats are retromingent. Trust, please, I’ve been peed on by enough lions to know. (15+ years working with lions, wolves, etc.)
It literally points in the same direction as the tail. Seen in a standing position, the testicles are on top, above the sheath/penis. But it’s not a big deal, I wasn’t trying to impose that on your artwork. 😖
