I think there ARE apps and websites and stuff for it but I'm so jaded about what meta has done to Instagram 😭😭 it's so hard for new artists/accounts in general to get seen because of this hashtag thing...and I don't think the sites for finding penpals are like. Meant for posting pictures and stuff?
