Depends if you have iphone or android but basically go to your phone settings, then look up the bsky app and see what photo settings you have selected inside there.
Found the problem. My settings wouldn't allow me to post an image without Alt Text (whatever that means 😀), but I wouldn't have looked there without your help, so thanks again.
