This is why I’m so mad at Tufts over the abduction of Rumeysa Ozturk. Whatever they say about it now, they spent all last year creating the conditions for it!

worrying that years of “campuses are dangerous hotbeds of intolerance,” “students are the enemies of academic freedom,” type narratives have been useful in massaging the public so we will more readily accept that snatching and renditioning students for speech is okay
