kudos to yuga labs for, once again, recruiting top-tier talent in this space. a playbook to live by. but for earlier-stage founders/co's, it's hard to have (i.e.) elon musk as your co-founder. instead, focus on building a team aligned with your mission and are goal-oriented. value by character.
