“Be someone who others want to work with, and others will want to work with you” is like the Golden Rule of the professional world - and one often forgotten in the heat of social media.

At the end of the day, it’s fellow humans hiring us AND supporting us…and badmouthing either side always returns.
I've seen a lot of disconcerting comments made in the VA community lately, so it bears repeating:

Your value as an artist isn't in which studios you've worked for, which properties are on your résumé, what agents you sign with, cons you book, etc. It's all in your professionalism and work ethic.
