In my work, emotions are viewed as raw, creative energy emerging from the primordial soup. As human beings, our task is to harness this energy to shape reality, never allowing it to create chaos by filtering through the nervous system.

Are you familiar with the study conducted between UC Berkeley and, I believe, Cambridge on that very topic? It found a correlation between conflict and rising temperatures. I came across it in the *Berkeley Express* back in the early 2000s, and I find it fascinating.

I have read some on that!
You also might be interested in Terror Management Theory, which connects how we humans respond to life-threatening reminders (like climate change!) in ways that can increase intergroup biases.
