In the spirit of a Final Fantasy inspired campaign, I just started a new Fabula Ultima campaign. Some of the monsters are kobolds -depicted as soot goblins. In our campaign I reenvisioned them as cats, who have a language so subtle and complex, that when they speak we only hear "meow."
