It's not necessarily makin' a whole website from scratch! It's the same level of creation as a Mario Maker Level, dragging and dropping different buttons and text! If you want something quicker though the website builder also contains templates for you to choose from!
i think neospring is one i've seen people using as a retrospring replacement. some people have also suggested strawpage to me but that seems like kind of a different thing
