MFer J6er Enrique Tarrio arrested AGAIN at the Capitol:
-like a Capistrano Swallow.
-because he "...Can't take it on the outside like he can on the inside!"
-because after his "inside behavior", he can't go straight!
-because that's just the way of things.
It doesn't matter what you did, you violate within days of being released and you are getting the time you got off plus whatever the hell the judge wants to do to you in addition.
We're about to find out if Mr. Tarrio is a made man or a guy who had one chip to cash in

Is it lack of impulse control coupled with toxicity, or does he simply like jail?
