Welcome! To maximise your chances and be inclusive from the start, you might consider adding alt text for your images to make them accessible for all who need image descriptions.
Not just that, but searches and feeds will use alt text, so it improves your reach. It's a nice convergence of your own benefit (better reach/more eyes) and accessibility.
