I am a huge fan of Buttigieg. I also fear that bias and bigotry is strong in this country as just seen with the last election. It is sad. It is something I fight against and try to educate others about, but it is a frighteningly uphill battle in many cases.

My father, now 76, and his friends all favored Buttigieg. A woman I know from western Iowa was thrilled by him and said many of her neighbors who voted for Trump were disappointed in him and likewise excited about Republicans potentially losing to Buttigieg. Speculative bigotry is still bigotry.
