She doesn’t give airtime to any Republicans who meet your criteria. The only Republicans I’m aware of that she gave airtime to this year were Liz Cheney and Cassidy Hutchinson, both pro-democracy as is RM.

I’m afraid I’m not privy to their booking outreach from the last two decades. She would often end the show with open invitations to the GOP, in general, or any Republicans, who were specifically named in that episode. Their absence is proof. She did the journalistic thing of always seeking comment.
