You could also sour some regular milk with vinegar instead of getting buttermilk. I used to be able to share videos of her method but I deleted TikTok.

Instead of rolling or Patting these to biscuit thickness just use your cutter to whack off little slices. Or roll them thin and cut them with a pizza wheel for flat wide dumplings.
