Years ago, my girlfriend reintroduced me to “Prosecco topped with whiskey” Issa orders on Insecure. I wanted to make a cocktail version of it to become an at home special.

I made my own Prosecco syrup and still need to find the right whiskey but:

2 oz whiskey
1 oz Prosecco reduction
¾ oz 🍋 juice
