That looks awesome! I can never get the temperature right with the oil, so either perfectly brown but raw in the middle or burned and cooked.

I've done it a few times in a saucepan with an oil thermometer, but recently got the deep fryer out of the back of the cupboard. So much easier.

I am lucky right now I have a huge choice of Korean fried chicken places in Vancouver. Taste bud heaven.
