Wasn’t the report poorly constructed by stitching together some valuable new information with debatable but overhyped “evidence”? Was it done to maintain plausible deniability to that new information? Who exactly was the intended audience? The hall of mirrors seems to have no exit

All evidence is going to be debatable. Confirmation bias is going to keep us from accepting anything that doesn't confirm our current beliefs. Look at "scientists" that refuse to consider UAP as reality. We should be open to all data, develop a hypnosis and then attempt to test it. #UFOsky

Confirmation bias is exactly taking testimony as 100%. Esp from a member of the same parties who have done psyops before. With psionics, it will only have its moment when theres a practical science and engineering of it that has a degree of modulating certainties and scalable application.

My silly POV about Skeptics, Believers and Experiencers is:

Most Skeptics DECIDE what is or isn't possible based on predetermined bias.

Believers HOPE without perfect knowledge.
This is also called FAITH.

Experiencers KNOW that the Skeptics are WRONG about REALITY.

At some point the experience which is an ambiguous term ontologically tbh, which I think is eventually determinantal to experiences and believers, must be fleshed out more, esp psionics, or else it will always not only be epistemically elusive but low agency. The path to mastery isn't mysterianism

I agree. I'm not suggesting that. I believe that we must actually APPLY the scientific method without bias. I believe the saying that "science is done with the outliers" means that it's often the data that is brushed aside that often leads to new understanding.
