You can also look up the citations yourself or use any number of older citation bookmark extensions without relying on an algorithm that destroys the environment.

Formerly all of these models were useless for my work because 1) hallucinations made them dangerous and you couldn’t trace the origins of a “fact”. Also they weren’t current. But you can now ask for citations for everything with links as it crawls the web and it’s an insanely powerful search tool.

I object to most uses of LLMs on ethical grounds...but I'm not convinced of their efficacy either.
