Do they have a DMCA link? You can also send a DMCA to SM platforms and Google and/or other search engines to get the ad removed/prevent it from showing up in searches for the site.
I like to troll these art pilfering ad companies by leaving firm but polite negative reviews on their promoted apps. Nothing like getting Zero stars on a review. Or, one star because google play is weird.
