I've been exploring it a bit since my IG gets deleted on Monday. Go to your acct page and choose feeds. Scroll to quiltsky and follow it. If I didn't explain it well enough, I can show you on Tuesday.

The Quiltsky feed does pick up any post with Quilt, Quilts, Quilting, English Paper Piecing, Foundation paper piecing, or EPP. If you look in Feeds and search it by name, you can add it for easy access.
