Nūr al-dīn ʿAlī b. Ibrāhīm b. Ṣadaqa buys from the Coptic patriarch a ruined property in maṣūṣa in Fustat.

He then sells it to Ibrāhīm b. Sayyār, the Karaite Jew (al-yahūdī al-qarā).
