Yep. A lot of people believe it until I mod list them after they block me. Blocking only hides content, not profiles. As long as they have your username they can add you to mod lists.

The only thing that can be done is to get the accounts of fake mod list creators suspended through mass reporting the account for making fake mod lists.

You're right this is absolute garbage. I'm on a dozen messed up lists and I've blocked the creator.
