I am wondering HOW the GOP is able to accomplish SO MUCH when they don't have 60 Senate seats.

I was told for 4 years that Democrats could not do a THING, they were totally paralyzed, because they NEEDED 60 Senate seats in Congress, or not a thing could be done at all.

HOW is this possible?
