How old is your monitor? Upgrading to one with a very high refresh rate has helped my eyeballs immensely. Also dropping the brightness a lot. but also go double check your prescription with an eye doc. I'm triple checking mine tomorrow.
my work computer is very new and i always have it at the lowest brightness with the night mode setting boosted... idk what else to do there
but i have been thinking about buying new glasses so maybe i can try that
although i have been reading a book about autism and sensory processing disorder during my no-screens-time so now i'm like. are my eyeballs also autistic and just have photosensitive sensory processing overload
Possibly! The only time I've really had this kind of problem was when I was either getting sick or developing cataracts so hopefully it's not either of those things for you...
i sure hope not... i started having stabbing pains in my eyes after i started this job, and my optometrist told me my eyes are healthy and probably just need to adjust to using the computer so much.. but they really have not done that
