Sadly, there seems to be 25 to 30% of the population that remain constantly angry and they are periodically stoked by a certain section of the media. They are probably lost to the traditional parties for good now.

Yes that figure has been pretty constant since Brexit. I definitely know a few of them, they’re mostly old or Tommy Robinson types. The centre parties are many more. They should show an united front and work together against those who wish to wreck the UK
Absolutely. I hope I’m wrong, but all I ever hear is the right shouting about Immigrants, fake news, corrupt MSM and the need for reform (Reform). It’s just one way traffic.
Yes, certainly seems that way at the moment doesn't it. And can't really see it changing any time soon. Trump 2.0 may change some minds, but others are likely to want the same over here.
Sadly I have no doubt that Farage will be in power in 4 or 5 years. The far right ‘populists’ are in the ascendancy and he will have the support of Trump, Murdoch and the right wing gutter press and (most worryingly) Musk.
I don't think that's the case. But only because I think that someone more ruthless and extreme will emerge in the next 2 or 3 years. He has been an enabler for something worse. And he's not as clever as he thinks he is this is becoming more apparent.
