I love Michelle Yeoh, but 30 minutes in, and this Section 31 movie feels a mess. I mean, in DS9, Sloan got on and off DS9 with no one even noticing. Section 31 kept everything low key and unnoticeable. These people are just doing everything to bring attention to themselves.
