I expect the brands to hold up charts that show the ROI plummeting since Musk took over with labels saying "Here's where he shut off brand safety" and "Here's where he forced us to show ads in non-targeted placements" and "Here's where he shut off out automated ad management when he killed the API."

Of course, you couldn't measure that, and you would still have to do manual buys, and you couldn't guarantee placements, but maybe!
