Suspect the government are more interested in that, than a survey of 9,000 people across 6 countries who had the time or inclination to speak to pollsters in the first place.
The sovereignty we have to 'diverge' is symbolic rather than meaningful.

Also the Labour leadership’s intention seems to be to do what the Tories did, get the same result…nothing and then blame the EU.
