The University of Alberta in CANADA made a big announcement they'd strip DEI before this was even happening. Absolute cowardice and capitulation in advance.

We’ve been informed by our governor that the Trump administration’s executive orders last week with regard to DEI and now A are considered part of state as well as federal law. (No, as far as I know the state legislature has not passed any measures to this effect.) 4/
