Anti info regarding this proposition said this would cause increased cost of incarceration due to incarcerated folks no longer having to do any basic cleaning of their own and jail having to do everything for them (clean all their clothes and bathrooms and stuff they are asked to do themselves)
Honest questions because I really do not know the answer,
1. Are they forced to participate as firefighters since they have the skill?
2. Regarding the failed legislation last November. Did it mean incarcerated people didn't have to do their laundry and basic cell cleaning anymore? (Part 1)
