this central insight is so important. its still kind of a marvel to me that i had it myself so early despite so much clinical depression. probably spectrum stuff... but i just cant see how people think a set of 1 million acts is important if each 1 act that composes it isn't.
(i do understand the draw of each horrible act fading in importance, the hope that things are made up for or justified... but i can't get there either. i'm glad I can't; repressing the bad costs way too much)
This really is the most important point. We all have the power of conscious attention. We use this either for "good" or for "bad" things & everything in between. If we focus on making positive changes, it will help. If we're stagnated by anxiety, fear or anger, that is what we create in the world.
