Be in regular contact with all your electeds, esp local/state.

Run for state and local office where the decisions are made about using Medicaid.

Is this a real question??? Have you not seen the protests across the country specifically focused on this? The daily phone banks and asks that others do the same. The regular visits to Congress people's local offices, the petitions, etc etc etc?
