If you are part of a local group:
1. Issue a statement condemning the vote and naming the Member as a supporter. Make sure you include the voices of people who are going to lose ACA, Medicaid, and SNAP.

2. Organize an event, press conference or action outside the Member's Office either immediately, or next week when the media can attend it.

3. Leaflet outside the Member's office if the office is in a high traffic area or pick another location that will grab the Member's notice.

One CRITICAL reason to go after the GOP House members who voted on this in the dead of night is that they did so because THEY DO NOT WANT THE PUBLIC TO SEE WHAT THEY ARE ACTUALLY DOING. That means it's critical to get the public to KNOW WHAT THEY DID.

By going after them NOW while they are on recess also has the benefit of sending a strong message to wavering GOP Senators. This is IMPORTANT. Lots of people are going to actually DIE as a result of this budget. This is NOT hyperbole. It is a fact. Don't accept this.
