These are great! I would add that leadership is also needed to bring all these together. Even people who aren't formally in charge of something can be leaders by being a good example, proactive,compassionate, inquisitive, who make connections with others, & have a clear idea of what needs to be done

Absolutely! People who didn’t consider themselves leaders before are waking up & deciding they just can’t wait for someone else. We are the ones we’ve been waiting for!
