oh this is SO GOOD

the idea of Shadow stumbling by Frontiers Sonic, seeing something he doesn't understand make Sonic look dead on his feet, a forced smile barely on his face...

and then shortly after, he deals with Sonic's usual speed and cocky, carefree smirk, and the difference is even starker.

YOU GET IT!!! i love the idea of shadow seeing a sonic who is a little older and is visibly exhausted and at a low point of his adventure. like I'm sure shadow has seen sonic when he's been beaten, but the idea of exhaustion bringing down sonic? inconceivable, it looks wrong on him

wow, this blew me away- love the perspective the scalehow small sonic is in comparison to shadow this feels like Actual Frontier art that came with the game- love the shading and how it gives Shadow that illusive mysterious form he usually has.
