I'm not a Nielsen TV viewer rating participant, which is the only way it matters what someone watches, so whatever I watch is not recorded.

Your thinking is so last century. If you use anything besides an antenna to receive your data, it is registered and counted. AppleTV, Disney, Max, Netflix, Prime Video, Sling, & Roku; all keep track of your viewing.

For TV ratings it's all Nielsen baby, and has been since the 50s. Netflix and the like are not sharing findings with Nielsen.
