It would be great if a large number of people in the UK accept that it was a mistake so that they don't blame the EU for their current (and future) woes BUT they were never going to adopt the euro or really be part of where the EU is going so there's no point in rejoining.
The questioning of Y/N Brexit started soon after it's installation. The original vote was razor thin at the time and many called for a re-do. Didn't happen, so now....
