Is Hungary hungry for angry sanctions? I'm fairly sure Pride events are a fundamental right in the EU.
Can the angry sanction hungry Hungary face sanctions for not allowing pride?
The Budapest city government, with Mayor Gergely Karácsony, supports Pride, and today he stated that they will hold it no matter what the Orbán regime does. Budapest is led by the opposition.
There will be Pride, they have already started organizing it. It will be held on June 28th. They will have to shoot me if they want to keep me from being there. We will not let them intimidate us! Orbán's power is weakening, Péter Magyar and TISZA will replace him!
Those who say Hungary should be kicked out of the EU should reconsider whether they want a fascist state armed by Putin in the middle of Europe. A few days ago, 200,000 people demonstrated against Orbán's regime, and right now people are marching in the streets of Budapest for their freedom.
This is unacceptable in any EU member state. The EU must take a clear and united stand against Hungary’s discriminatory policies. If we are truly a union built on equality and human rights, then these values must be defended – not just in words, but with real consequences. #ReformEU #YesToUnity
The EU should trigger art 7 and move forwards without Orbán being able to impact the progress of the union further. And still hope for a democratic solution to Hungary’s issues.
Depends on the system. It's moved on from facial-recognition to full-body biometrics. There are systems that identify people by their height/weight/walk/build combinations :-/
Just a reminder this isn’t Hungary but the handful of people who has been leading the country for 15 years. Their days are counted, the voice of the real hungarians is getting stronger then ever and next year the country is going to have a new government.

This is not acceptable !
Old tech can defeat new tech.
The Chinese have pioneered these approaches.
AI isn't smart.
And we can certainly depend on the fact that Hungary has for decades decimated their research facilities.
And AI recognition isn't necessarily that wonderful, or free of bias.
*This is a generally applicable strategy.*
It would be hard to tell, because encoded neural net databases are famously opaque.
