I had read previously the vehicle had already been removed and the bodies still missing hence checking the water but again that doesn’t add up. so maybe the previous article was wrong about the vehicle already pulled.

I have now read several articles about this, including official press releases, and not one mentioned the vehicle being extracted yet, nor it being upside down, just submerged. There's no mention of the soldiers except "they're missing", nor where they could be, or their health status.
