If they don't offer an alternative to Tory/Reform, people will just vote Tory/Reform. Simple as that.

It states they were elected on a manifesto not to rejoin the EU, which is unlikely even if the government wanted to, but also to remove trade barriers with the EU. You know the MSM is very pro Brexit. They are doing want they were elected to do.

I've been saying that for about 8 years now.

Same with so-called 'tactical' voting. If you vote for someone despite their policies you really needed to tell them that was what you were doing. Nobody did, so Labour think Brexit is incredibly popular and won them GE24

We can’t just walk back in to the EU. Labour are doing the right thing working ever closer with the EU, keeping the dialogue open. Rejoiners assume we are loved as a country and will be welcomed with open arms, that’s not the case. We had a good deal and still voted out, EU won’t trust us easily

The best thing we can do (regardless of whether we intend to vote Labour or not) is to find a way to credibly make them believe they **can’t** rely our votes any more. While they take us for granted or consider us to be without alternative choices, they will pander to the Ref/Lab/Con Swing voters.
