Yeah, I was clicking away on all of them the other day (just, you know, for something to do for no reason at all) and they all just led back to the main site.

It might make sense for mirrors to redirect while the main site is up?

I can understand why they might not all be online (e.g., things have changed in Ukraine over the last couple of years and they might have other priorities)

The mirrors all pre-date "new ADS" (which became the default ~5 years ago). My fear is that all the links now redirect back to the main site because the new interface was never actually mirrored. I hope that's not true, but if it is then...yikes.

This crossed my mind when the arXiv mirrors were shut down last year. It makes sense cost wise and technically, but does make everything a bit single locale-dependent.
