Texas Rep. Andy Hopper, endorsed by many of the state’s ultra conservatives, has filed a bill that would require approval of the state AG or local sheriff before before the feds could arrest any Texas citizen.
He says the feds have wrongly “tormented, bankrupted and jailed” thousands.
