they aren't. anyone who wants, can get a booster. the 'ggd' (the ones giving the vaccinations) doesn't check whether you are allowed to get a booster. anyone can get a booster up to the 22th of december.

Ze moedigen t inderdaad niet bepaald aan, maar er staat ook dat je een prik kunt halen als je in aanraking komt met kwetsbare groepen. Dat geldt voor praktisch iedereen met kerstmis. Bovendien doe ik na 30 jaar dagelijkse pijn álles om t risico op long covid te verminderen. Ga gewoon, ze vragen niks

they're not actively promoting it but they're also not checking it. trust me, anyone who's not a (small) child is allowed to go get a booster. my partner got one and he wasn't checked.

While that's true, if you go to the website for covid vaccinations in NL, it explains that you should be over 60 or be in a group that's at risk. There is no recommendation to be found that anybody should get the booster.
