I re-posted a picture of myself & my ex husband from 2003. It appeared on my new Windows 11 computer. How did my computer get the picture? Artificial intelligence? The picture was on a Christmas card I sent out in 2004. I put it on Facebook eve beavers
Much of what I do isn't "what's the diagnosis?" but "how can I help?".

Telehealth does facilitate this window into the context of my patient: the in-car seclusion from family, the cigarettes protruding from mouths, the children screaming/running in the background.
All valuable info, usually hidden from me in the clinic.
Not the same as F2F. Different.
